an efficient recruitment platform for art and design colleges

Preview provides premier recruitment events for art and design institutions around the world. Institutions can register for events on an a-la-carte basis.

 

We organize three types of integrated events: Preview forums, mini-fairs and receptions. Participation with the mini-fairs and receptions is limited to institutions registered for the associated forums.

We have hosted events in over 14 countries & 27 cities, and partner with more than 45 of the best art college and university programs in the world.

 

Events are planned in strategic regions and carefully scheduled around local holidays and school calendars. Where possible, events are scheduled to match up with other recruitment fairs in the region.

registration procedure

Participation with Preview forums is limited to a maximum of 25 institutions per event. Institutions must meet the Preview eligibility requirements to participate. Registration is on a first-come basis, but Preview reserves the right to select institutions for participation.

 

To register for Preview events Institutions are required to first complete the online application/deposit form for a specific tour and pay a $1,500 deposit. If your institution is eligible to participate and there is space, you will be notified within a week, or at the latest by the deposit deadline.

 

If your institution cannot participate due to space limitations or non-eligibility, you will be notified and your deposit will be refunded in full within 48 hours from the deposit deadline.

 

Institutions selected for participation will be provided access to the secure registration and payment site the day after the deposit deadline.

 

Payment in full is due by the payment deadline.

Participation with Preview forums is open to any four-year, post-secondary and/or graduate degree granting institutions that is NASAD-accredited, or meets 3 of the following 4 criteria:

 

  1. Is a regionally or nationally accredited institution in good standing.
  2. Offers Bachelor degree programs and one or more Master degree programs.
  3. Requires a portfolio or entrance exam for admissions.
  4. Is not for profit.

 

Furthermore, all post-secondary institutions participating with Preview events must agree to adhere to the NAFSA Code of Ethics and the NACAC Statement of Principles of Good Practice.

 

Representatives from participating institutions must be faculty or experienced admission/recruitment officials, trained and qualified to review student artwork.
